P3 Adaptive interview questions

Overall I had a great experience interviewing for P3! After submitting an initial application, I received an email explaining a simulated consulting project I needed to complete. Anyone who applies has the chance to submit a project and have it be reviewed by a human being. That felt fair and refreshing in a world where resumes increasingly get filtered out by AI! If you submit a correct solution for the project, you’ll be contacted for an interview. The first round is like an HR-style initial screening, and the last round is a more technical interview. I’ve seen some comments online saying that the project was unfair or too hard - that was not my experience at all. I actually had fun working on it and thought it was a clever and effective way to do a technical assessment. I’d definitely encourage anyone who’s interested in P3 to apply.
