PAN AMERICAN GROUP interview questions

Job interview was for a franchised Panera Bread chain. Pre-interview exchange went smoothly and recruiter called at the exact time of our interview. Initial call lasted about an hour. I feel like the conversation was more formal than I was expecting and I was asked the standard questions you'd expect.
