Other Engineering Intern Interview Reviews for PCA
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at PCA in Nov 2025
Interview
The engineers were friendly and easy to talk to. However, the second round with the managers who don’t work with engineers have things to say. They expected interns to have mill experience, be extroverted, and do not care to read your resume or the notes the engineers took. There were only two engineers for the first round which made it comfortable, but there were five managers during the second round.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at PCA (DeRidder, LA) in Jul 2025
Interview
They were really, really nice people. They asked me great questions about my resume, and were really sweet to me throughout the interview process. I think many other companies should follow their interview style. It was really easy to stay calm and collected throughout the process.
