Usually starts with 1 or 2 rounds. Typical for this to start with a Hire View which is a recorded prompt to a few interview questions. Possible to skip Hire View and have a phone call/Zoom. Goal is to get to the super day, which is usually also conducted on Zoom. Tested on core competencies with 5 different categories.

3 rounds of interviews concluding in a super day. Everyone I spoke with was obviously very bright and demonstrated knowledge of the industry. Conversations were dynamic and fast paced. Overall a great experience
