First behavioral phone screen and getting to know you. If you seem like a match for them, they will follow up with another behavioral conversation with a hiring manager, then 3-4 hour onsite technical interviews.

Interview
Not your average "whiteboarding" interview. They discourage whiteboarding questions, which is great to know because I dislike the traditional interview process. I had 2 phone screens followed by a 3 hour on-site interview. I was asked to bring in a piece of code that I had written and on-site interview involved discussions around why I chose the framework, decision to use libraries and other domain specific questions. Overall a great experience.
