Interview is really chill and great. They just ask about experience and they let you know the expectations of the job. And they tell you about all the benefits from the job

I applied online. Received an email requesting a phone interview a few days later. I hate phone interviews, but this one was easy and casual. Nothing to worry about! The interviewer was kind and easy to talk to, no hard questions. Just casual conversation covering my past work experience and what the job entails. I was asked to come in person for an interview with her and another person, which I attended a few days later. Again, easy and comfortable interview. No STAR type of questions. We discussed my previous experience and what I'm looking for in a job. They told me more details about the job offer and answered a few questions I had. I agreed to move forward and filled out background check paperwork there. I received a phone call shortly after I left saying they were processing my background check and would let me know next steps soon. Everything was comfortable and friendly and I was very pleased with the process.
