PMA Consultants interview questions

There was normal procedure like most other companies, the interview is straight forward with commonly asked questions on previous work experiences, examples etc, no special or hard questions. People there seem nice

Interviewed for an entry level position for the Chicago office. HR interview was pretty straight forward. The second interview was with a senior associate. It was an hour long interview and the interviewer was straight to the point from the beginning, and asked very techincal questions. Despite answering the questions to the best of my efforts and knowledge, the interviewer was not satisfied and I was later told that I did not get selected for the final round. I receieved a couple of offers from other firms for a similar position and never faced this kind of situation. I think it is very unfair to test skills that recent graduates are not yet familiar with.
