I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at POPSUGAR in May 2015
Interview
I had 2 phone interviews which I thought went very well and they set a date for the in person interview. A day before my interview, I received an email from the HR saying they hired someone the previous day. I felt that was rude and waste of time. Very unprofessional. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Difference between Project management vs Program management
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at POPSUGAR (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
I was connected to the hiring manager via a mutual friend. I started with 2 phone interviews with members of the hiring team. After that I had a call with the recruiter (seemed out of order but I guess necessary). Then an in-person interview (3 hours, 4 interviewers). All interviewers seemed like they would be good co-workers and had a clear idea of the issues they wanted me to tackle. It was pretty organized and I got a nice tour of the office. The recruiter called me the next afternoon with an offer - I was pretty impressed with the speed they worked.
