5 rounds focused on motivations but also around a case study style interview around pitching opportunities to investors. Had quite a few interviews back to back which made it easier from an organisation perspective
The interview process consistent of one 30 minute behavioral round then 3 back-to-back 30 minute interviews as the final round. They were mainly all behavioral but I did also speak about what I would look for in an investment.

Interview
Professional, well structured process, allowing the candidate to talk to all members of the team at various degrees of seniority. This ensures both parties are comfortable with cultural fit as well as job requirements and skillset. The process is split in an initial call with hiring manager, a set of quick-fire calls with all members of the team, call with head of department and a final case study, presented in person at the PSG offices.
