The process was thorough and several stages:

Video call with hiring manager / Competence test
Video call with another manager

What has been a significant challenge you have experienced and what steps did you take to mitigate this?
Interview involved 3 rounds, meeting with HR, line manager and director. The process was quite fast, it took around 1.5~2 weeks. All were video call interviews. Overall experience was nice, people were good.
