One of THE WORST places I have ever worked. DO NOT CONSIDER A ROLE HERE, EVEN IF THE HEADHUNTERS FLATTER YOU AND LOVE BOMB YOU - IT IS NOT WORTH YOUR SANITY!!! The Barcelona office is run on a culture of fear and people are so burnt out. I used to call it The Tower of Tears because every time I walked in the morning someone was crying or having a meltdown because of the way upper leadership had treated them. They force all these young interns and talented professionals to make 100s of pages of presentations for upper leadership for them all just to be discarded because the VP or CEO suddenly changed their mind. Or they fill the presentations with fake numbers because they are too scared to show upper leadership areas of improvement. People are CONSTANTLY disappearing. One day you will have a manager or colleague and the next day they will have vanished. No goodbye. Nothing. So it is a REALLY UNSTABLE environment which they somehow say you should feel lucky working there. Never show weakness to HR or any other colleague as the vibe is almost like Game of Thrones, you never know who you can trust and what they will use against you. Often they will fabricate stories about each other if it means they can get ahead somehow. I actively discourage people to apply to roles at Puig because of how badly the company is run, and how everyone I know who worked there SUFFERED with their mental health due to all the whims of the upper leaders.
