This company has a very thorough interview process. A couple phone interviews and at least 2 in person interviews. You’ll meet with not only the head of talent acquisition, but upper management as well including the CEO. They are looking for a specific type of person and that is why they are so successful. They don’t throw a bunch of new hirers to the wall and see who sticks. They hire the right people, treat them well, and in turn have a cohesive team of awesome employees. Absolutely amazing workplace.
