Screen call with HR for 15 mins. Followed by 30 min call with line manager one week later. Then a 1 hour interview with line manager and department head the week after. Job offer came one month after.

A lot of 'what if' scenario based questions asked, rather than past experience related questions
Vague process poor communication unsure of what job role was. Too many rounds. The interviewer was polite but also unclear on the process. I just want to read other reviews of a different business.

1-1 interview with members of the team and then a presentation based on future activity.
