Paddy Power Betfair interview questions

The interview process is seamless. As long as you have appropriate experience and communication skills you will be fine. Interviewers are kind and personable. They will ask about previous experiences based on your cv and how you can apply it to the role you are applying for

Application was made online through the paddy power website. I was then contacted through email where I was given 3 days to complete an aptitude test, consisting of 3 games related to maths and verbal reasoning, Followed by a video recorded interview asking about a time I went above and beyond in a previous role. Once I passed that stage I was then contacted by a talent acquisition specialist who invited me to an online interview which lasted 40 minutes. This consisted of 10/11 questions which were competency based. The final step was sending 2 references to the acquisition specialist.
