I was contacted by a Compliance Deputy back in December and went in for an interview early January. After not hearing from them for a month, I received a follow-up interview and later that night an offer letter without discussing salary in person. The process consisted of an interview with a couple op people the first time around and with the president the second time. After the first hour and a half interview, I was given an assessment on creating a memorandum. At the second interview I was told, if chosen, I would be working out of the Santa Ana and Los Angeles office and that I was being hired to do the above-referenced position as well as the Labor Compliance Auditor position. In the end, the position was offered to someone else.
