Standard opening electronic & phone coms.
Very reasonable & good-natured in all facets.
Then first in-person with HR. Still reasonable.
Second interview, same day, in-person with next level up.
Very clear, positive, optimistic. Wonderful exchange. I honestly love this guy.
Then third interview, same day, two levels up from initial intake stage.
Gets a little weird from there.
Job requirements seem to have mysteriously changed in almost every possible way after level-2 interview. Hmm, puzzling.
Less than ebullient reception. Interview turned from positive intellectual exchange at L2 to hostile interrogation at L3. I feel like I've suddenly walked from a good place into one where the temperature just dropped 40 degrees.
Disappointing; and also a little crestfallen.
But, I finished it out to the bitter-end regardless.
So: Good news, bad news?
