      Application

I interviewed at Pair Team (CA) (Los Angeles, CA)

      Interview

Met with recruiter and hiring manager- 3 meetings. 1 screener, 2, interview, 3 manager . Screener was to see if you were a match to the job and if you were still interested in moving forward. Recruiter friendly. Interview with recruiter standard questions for leaders. Meeting with manager was not a great connection- she seemed like a strong leader but some roles are not a great match for whatever reason. Overall recommend going through process
