First interview was a meeting with two people from HR; they want to check that you fit their company culture. You'll be given a company booklet to read and be asked your thoughts. They'll also ask you to describe design thinking. Second meeting was with two UX designers where you have to present your process. They want to know if you've worked with Agile and how experienced you are with UI and UI. Creating many products from scratch is preferable.
