Pangea interview questions

People/team were very nice. They gave me a "take-home-test", which I thought was strange as this was not an entry level opportunity. There seemed to be a real need to fill the position and but there was some ambiguity relating to the duties/responsibilities. Perhaps this is an isolated issue on the department.

Met one on one with their marketing director in their conference room. The office is small but sleek and clean, located in a prime building in an upscale area of town. The interviewer was professional and polite. We went over my resume, the samples of work I'd brought, and talked about my expectations for this position as well as the job requirements on his end. He also gave me a hypothetical question about what strategy I'd employ to gain greater online exposure and leads, to which I gave a few answers on the spot. I passed the first phase and a few days later was asked to submit a writing sample for further consideration, but at that point I'd already received a better offer elsewhere. However, if I hadn't, I might've been tempted to accept.
