Had meeting with onsite project manager and others. They seem to have drank the People Centric Kool Aid in large doses. They want you to believe its one big happy Rah Rah family. When you talk to the actual employees its quite different. I.T expectations are to high for what they are willing to pay. They appear to need some veteran guidance in I.T there lack of focus shows.
