Parade (CA) interview questions

First interview with the recruiter from LinkedIn Then a technical interview with a real-time / live code challenge (not too hard but a bit tricky to get right) Then an architecture technical interview with different people

Initial screening with the company recruiter over a phone call. Informal conversation and he was down to earth and put me at ease. Next steps were with someone in leadership . I knew I wouldn't be a good fit culturally at this point and got nervous. Pay started at 55k, which I wasn't excited about in the first place. I was merely there to practice my interview skills which I'm terrible at...LinkedIn in shows the company is primarily run by men, not much diversity.
