Interview
Applied in early March and recieved an email later that same month, SparkHire reached out for a "one-way interview" and it took a minute to adjust my thinking that no one would see this or that it was fake. I got a followup from HR about a week later to set a interview with 4 people: Founder, President, CFO/CRO, and Dept. Team Lead. I thought it was weird at first to interview so many times but they were all brief basic get to know me 30 min. Then after all that they asked for 3 supervisor reference, mine unfortunatly took about two weeks for all the references to get called. Eventually I got a followup email from HR rep I was working with to set up a quick meeting and was offered the position, went through salary and company benefits. Was emailed an offer later right after that quick meeting. Overall it was an easy experience and everybody was super nice but it did take up alot of your time in waiting.

Interview
Got an email for a one way interview. This is an immediate red flag for an AI driven interview process, based on the rest of the reviews -- sounds like that is correct. I won't interview with a company that won't let me speak to another human.
On top of that, when I clicked the link for the interview, the URL didn't even work.

Interview
4 interviews for an entry level position and extremely unprofessional. Listen to all of the previous reviews. This company does not value your time, and is only looking for employees that do not know their worth. Do not give this company the time of day. They have zero idea what they want, do not know how to properly interview for any position and are just not worthy of good candidates. Everyone who interviewed with them and had a negative experience cannot be wrong. If you didn’t hear back from them, don’t take it personally. If you did hear back from them and got rejected, don’t take it personally. Leadership is full of people who don’t know what they’re looking for and will try and project that onto you. Don’t believe it. There are just companies here to teach you what not to look for. Don’t let a POC being in leadership make you think they care either. It’s all politics. One member of leadership claimed that “everyone’s opinion is not created equally.” Why would you want to work somewhere like that?
So, if you didn’t get selected here, know you dodged one. Nothing worthwhile here.
