I applied on its website, then got an email to arrange the day for a telephone interview. After the general introduction, the HR said we need strong IT background which I lack. But in their job description and requirements, they didn't say that......
First interviewer showed up 10 minutes late, no apology and didn't turn their camera on. Bad vibes from the start. Second interviewer was nice enough but just stuck to old fashioned competency based questions. Assured me I would hear back really quickly. Never heard back at all and the position was re advertised. Portal still shows my application is "In Process" weeks and weeks later. Such poor communication.

They need someone who can work on excel, but they interviewed people with Analytics experience and Statistics background, which is of no use. The candidate will feel under utilized for the role.
