I interviewed in 2/1 and followed up one week after. Did not have the decency/respect to tell me at that time that I was not selected. It's a very simple thing to tell a candidate, but instead I was told they were still looking to schedule interviews for the next round. I actually applied around 1/13. So it was unprofessional and a waste of my time. I regret taking them seriously as I had an offer with another company that I ended up declining.
