Park Square Homes interview questions

1st interview was with areas sales manger at a community. 2nd interview included drug testing and personality test as well as your skill test. 3rd interview was at corporate office with VP of sales

You apply, they call, do a phone interview with the general sales manager, then the VP of sales. Afterwards, I was asked to do the Berke Assesment, then a face to face interview with both. It was unorganized, they were not prepared and were struggling asking questions off the top of their heads. But I was offered the position the same day.
