Parkside Italian Kitchen interview questions

I started talking to the General Manager before the business opened. I went and filled out an application and talked to one of the owners. There use to be 3 partners, now there is only one. He asked some simple questions and I basically was hired. I came in and did "training" if that's what you want to call it.
