Partners Federal Credit Union interview questions

Really disorganized, no follow up, very negative taste left of this company after this experience. It is one thing to decide to go with other candidates, that is understandable- but for zero follow up even via your Disney Careers dashboard site. As part of a billion dollar company, be professional and take one minute to reach out and let me know I am no longer being considered. ————- First initial interview with recruiter was positive. They were pleasant and informative about the company and Disney benefits/expectations. Second interview was a unorganized setup. Was told I’d bf speaking to one individual and then when they called their technology wasn’t working, and it also wound up being a speaker phone setup with a group of people interviewing me. I wish they would have mentioned this beforehand, but based on the questions asked and how rushed and not really prepared the conversation seemed, I think they either were never truly interested and were trying to check off a demographic box, or they really are just not professional with interviews. Sucks because I love Disney and would love to be part of the company using my skillset. Really rude experience.

Face to face interview with direct manager. Explained that he had recently moved to the area for the position. He is very down to earth with a lot of positive feedback regarding my job knowledge and past experience as he reviewed my resume. He indicated that he was searching for someone that could "hit the floor running" and fit right into the team. He explained the job duties and responsibilities very thoroughly. He did not rush the interview and allowed me to speak frankly and freely in a very casual setting. He allowed me demonstrate what I would do as he asked questions in various scenarios. Overall, a very good interview!
