...let's just say, I felt like I was meeting a quota needed for interviewing/hiring. Definitely a fast pace role that I believe would be good for an entry-level data analysis professional (not really project management).

I applied online. Heard couple of days later from recruiter that he wanted to set up introductory call. I provided my availability after which call was canceled at least once and then took a month to do recruiter screen.
Then I heard back after a month asking me to provide availability for interview with an executive. This interview was canceled as well and I was told to provide new availability.
At this point I asked them to clarify remaining steps in the recruitment process. I got no reply for 2 weeks after which I got rejection email,
