I had 3 interviews, each was with a different set of people and all of them were over Microsoft Teams. After three interviews they let me down with a generic HR email.

Interview
Multiple interviews with different levels of management, starting with a group virtual interview and then speaking with store manager. Interviews took place over the course of a month or so after initially submitting application.

Question 1
Interviews focused on the culture and mission of Patagonia as a company - why do I want to work there and how does the mission statement resonate with me. Also asked about my leadership style - it seems like my personal approach to leading a sales team was different from theirs but I had worked in more conventional high end retail spaces so it may not have aligned with their mindset.
