I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Patagonia (Palo Alto, CA) in Dec 2023
Interview
Very impersonal interview process, starting with an video response questions as a screening. I thought the instructions were pretty unclear and I appreciate a more personal call as opposed to essentially performing on camera to send to the hiring team.

2 rounds of interviews, organized, streamlined, and great questions. They emphasize the importance of environmental philanthropy. Both rounds of interviews were behavioral, and included a mix of specifics and broad personality questions. Interview
Two interviews, one group, one individual. Questions are very personable and interesting. Felt supported and non-judged. Best to showcase yourself and your personality and how you'd contribute to the team
