Pawaa does not head hunt the prospective talent, they are completely reference driven, if your resume reaches anyone of the senior employees and if there is a fit, mostly likely you are hired. Pawaa gives lot of importance to technology domain skills especially to Open source and IT security. knowledge of hardware programming is an added advantage but not necessary. Most of the interviews are 2 or maximum 3 rounds and usually round 1 is quite demanding in terms of deep drive into technology area.
