I went into the store wearing a dress and the nicest pair of shoes I had. I was asked to go in the back with the manager to answer some questions. She asked me multiple questions like why I wanted to work there, how long I would work there, what do I know about the company, and if I applied anywhere else. I was also asked to do a trial run where the manager was the costumer and I was the employee. The interview went so well that I was hired on the spot. She really liked that I knew about the rewards card they offer in the trial and run.
