Interview
Met with a number of senior managers as part of the hiring process. There was a total of 5 meetings/interviews before the job offer. The process started with Joe Chaplin giving an impromptu tour of the shop wich included advice about working with key members of the leadership team. Joe then referred my resume to Tom Payne, one of the managing partners. Tom liked it and forwarded it to Oliver Bouchier and Steve Payne. Steve then gave me a call, we set up interviews with all three partners and then I got an offer.
