PeK Automotive interview questions

Very short process. Questions manly about background and motivation to apply for the position. The interview took place remotely. After the interview, they got back soon (approximately 1 week) offering a contract.

The interview process started with a take home coding assignment. The task itself was fairly basic but required a noticeable amount of time to complete. After submitting the project, I was invited to an interview where we discussed my background and the items listed on my CV. However, the details of the assignment were not discussed during the interview. Based on the outcome, I assume I may have been somewhat technically deficient or a bit inexperienced for the role. Still, spending a considerable amount of time on the take home project and then being rejected afterwards was a bit discouraging.
