I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Peakey Enterprise
Interview
Sent in an application and I heard back from the founder/manager within 24 hours. Had a first round phone interview the next day where we talked about my experience and my goals for the future. Also did some base level Java/Android/Git screening questions.
Second round interview was a Skype video interview, talked to 2 groups of 5 members each of current employees. Talked about my experience and responded to questions.
Third round interview was a technical interview with the manager checking my thought process and problem solving skills by solving some coding questions via screen sharing.
Good experience overall, prompt responses, nice people. A real down to earth company.
