Peko Precision Products interview questions

Interviewed with two of the engineers that I'd be working with, they were both great. Rather than asking awful, generic, HR questions, they described what the company does, and what they were looking to have someone do for them, then asked how my experience could fulfill their needs. That was refreshing, compared to the usual generic questions. They showed me the facility, it was very clean and tidy, well maintained.

The interview consisted of an application followed by a tour where questions were asked along the way. Enthusiasm and experience played a large part in ensuring that you would fit in the company. The management is very friendly and would respectfully inform you on the spot if you were right for the job.
