Interview
Pretty standard. 3 interviews overall from hiring manager to a peer and then a higher level executive interview. Very organized and structured. No surprises and moved very quickly with good communication.
I had a HR call for about 30mn then a call with a team member for an hour then the Hiring Manager for another hour and finally the last step of the process was a Panel Call with 5 different people

Interview
Found the opportunity via LinkedIn and heard back from the HR Recruiter relatively quick. Marissa (HR) was awesome - from scheduling, being very prompt with her responses and always kept me informed throughout the process. Had an initial phone call with HR to go over the role, my experience, what I am looking for etc. Followed by a phone screen with the Hiring Manager. Last round was a panel interview with 5 different people (Peers, Manager & Sr. Leadership). Heard back within a couple of days and presented with an offer.
