Was sent an excel assessment with a ridiculous amount of information to review, analyze, and properly create a report within the given time frame. This is typically something you come across later in the interview process. Their lack of communication and willingness to interview me based on my experience and personality gave off the impression that they don't care whether or not you're a good fit at the company, but that they're looking for someone to turn around data like a robot. Spent hours preparing for this and 2 hours completing the assessment only to not receive any feedback, which seems to be a common theme among the interview reviews. Hope they get it together and shift their focus to what's important before it's too late.

Asked basic accounting questions, mostly behavioral questions. Overall the interview process was very manageable and everyone seemed very friendly. Would recommend someone accepting an interview here, seems like they have a good culture

Interview
Much like any interviews, the first screening process was to understand your past experience and background. This process went rather smoothly and the interviewer was professional. However, after that, communications became very difficult with slow response rate and poor time management. This was especially transparent in regards to a test task that was required to complete within an unreasonable time period. Overall, interview experience was not great.
