Question 1
Name a time the company made a decision you didn't agree with and how you handled it with the team?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Peloton Interactive (Troy, MI) in Aug 2022
Interview
The whole interview process felt very natural, honest, and transparent, as well as human centric. The first round interview made me feel so comfortable, joyous, and at ease, second and third round interviews got a bit more intense but there was still a human approach involved that I appreciated greatly. At the time, I was being scheduled for final interviews (3rd rounds) with multiple companies and had informed Peloton about it, they were extremely proactive and moved me swiftly up the chain, which made me feel valued. Ultimately, it was this feeling of gratitude that made me accept their offer over a multitude of others; the whole process was very enjoyable.
