I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Peninsula (Manchester, England) in May 2017
Interview
First round was a group assessment. Approx. 10 interviewees present. We took in turns to answer questions about our abilities and why they should hire us. Given 1 minute max. to answer each question. Then we split into two teams to work on a employment law case scenario. If you were successful, you were then selected for the next round which was a one-one interview.
