Interview
It was an in-person interview including a conversation with the director, a committee interview, and a presentation. They were very friendly. The only downside is I never heard back--a rejection email within a few weeks would have been nice.

Other Coordinator Interview Reviews for Penn State
had a positive interview experience, but poor communication from the chair of the search committee. It seems like the buyouts are causing a great deal of upheaval. not the best time to consider.
