Hello,
We received your resume for an Executive Assistant position in Santa Barbara. Could you please confirm that you are in Santa Barbara? If so, we can schedule an interview as this is an onsite position.
There were 2 rounds of interview. They mostly want to get to know you better and know your skill sets. Just be yourself! The people there are super nice, and very friendly environment.

2 rounds of interviews, one with HR and the Other with the sales department employees i was going to be working with. they asked about my interest in the profession/field, long term goals and why i had chosen to apply. they also were particular in asking whether or not i believed i could actually perform well at sales.
