Pentland Brands interview questions

Whole process very disorganised from start to finish. Originally referred for a position, but received a rejection from HR before interviewing. Then applied for a second similar position. HR got back in touch telling me that the original job I applied for had since been filled, but asked if I was interested in the second position, seemingly unaware I had already applied. They were then unresponsive and it took a while to actually arrange an interview. The interview I eventually had was easy and very relaxed, only asking me to elaborate experiences listed on my CV and not really asking anything competency-based. Someone was meant to call me the following week for a second stage of the interview process, but this never happened. Weeks later received an email saying that the position had been filled. Bizarre.

I interviewed with Pentland Brands around a year ago, and although I was not successful in my application I remember the whole experience very positively, Both before, during and post interview they were very clear and open with their expectations of the process, and they were very detailed in their feedback meaning I always knew where I stood. The process was transparent and human in approach, where I felt that they treated applicants like people.
