PeopleFinders.com interview questions

I had to cut the interview short...it was that painful. This interview was to find borg that love to be micromanaged. Don't get me wrong, the two members of the dev team on the call were very kind, but it was clear that the overseer was in charge. Some guy simply dubbed "The head honcho" was on the call and he never introduced himself, went on camera, and left at some point during the call. I equate this to someone standing directly behind while you're trying to pee... the plumbing just don't work that way. Where were the important questions? It's like they didn't know MDN was a thing and that a broad range of experience and hard & soft skills are the ticket. For the two devs on the call - you were great and deserve better than having your strings pulled by the Master of Puppets. This team needs a better interview model for sure.

I applied online through LinkedIn. I got a request to interview without any additional details (like it's with a recruiter, an engineer, etc). I was greeted by an engineer who cut me off through answers and was very full of himself. He asked me a question that very clearly showed he hadn't spent a modicum of time reviewing my resume before the interview started while at the same time expecting me to have put in time reviewing every tech stack I've worked in previously just in case he might want to ask a question about it.
