I applied online and the next day I had a call from the CTO of the company. It was a friendly chat for about 5 minutes and then we arranged an interview at their offices. No test was required beforehand. During my visit there, first I met again with CTO for approximately 20 minutes chatting about various staff, mainly to check me if I would be a good fit for the company. After this, I had an interview with two of their senior software engineers who asked various questions about some technical staff (not very difficult), mainly about PHP, MySQL and OOP. It lasted about 45 minutes and they were all very kind.
