I applied online and the next day I had a call from the CTO of the company. It was a friendly chat for about 5 minutes and then we arranged an interview at their offices. No test was required beforehand. During my visit there, first I met again with CTO for approximately 20 minutes chatting about various staff, mainly to check me if I would be a good fit for the company. After this, I had an interview with two of their senior software engineers who asked various questions about some technical staff (not very difficult), mainly about PHP, MySQL and OOP. It lasted about 45 minutes and they were all very kind.

All good until meeting the CEO who I found to be quite obnoxious. He didn't bother to read my CV prior to the interview, did not look at me and spent his time scrolling on the phone... Please read the reviews carefully.

Recruitment process was a telephone interview, followed by a second round analysis task which I presented and finally an interview with the CEO. The process was really positive until I met the CEO who I found to be quite obnoxious. He didn't bother to read my CV prior to the interview, nor did he even bring a copy so a lot of the interview was wasted with him asking me questions like what university I went to and what I got in my GCSE's. Given the CEO gave off an aura that I wasn't worth his time, I found these questions particularly frustrating.
- What university did you go to? What A-levels did you do? What did you get in your GCSE's?

The interview was fun, but after all the tests & case studies required, I would appreciate if they took the time to respond to applicants about the job opening and whether it was filled or not. I mean it the least they could do, right?
- We were given dummy stats and were asked to propose a new pricing model

I applied with my CV online through a well-known Greek career portal. received an invitation for a Skype chat within a week. After skyping for an hour or so with a manager. We talked about general stuff like my previous experience, my studies, what I have learned through all that, as well as some questions about how I view the company and why I chose this particular position. Finally, I was invited to the office in Athens for a second interview, which was actually a business case. I was asked to answer real customer queries provided some fundamental corporate guidelines. This lasted for about 45 minutes. No discussion took place. I heard back from the company after 2-3 days. After negotiation via email for another 2 days, I was offered the position.

First phone interview, then meeting with management, finally engineers and some tests. Test were of multiple levels, pseudo-code and architecture. People were friendly but interview was challenging. An experience in itself as you get to meet the engineers and get a complete idea of how it is to work there and in a startup in general.
- How would I architect a complex system
