      Sr. Recruiter Interview

      May 3, 2021
      Anonymous Interview Candidate
      Gurgaon, Haryana
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PeopleScout (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Apr 2021

      Interview

It was very bad, the recruiter doesn't seem to have knowledge about their recruitment process. First of all they don't check their email, they will call you again and again and will ask for the same set of information for you. they will ask about your salary expectation and they don't have any idea about their max budget or probably they think like that the salary negotiation is the very last process so it has to be discussed after 2 or 3 rounds of interview. Also they will ask you to complete 2 or 3 assessments and once you will complete it, recruiter will not check their emails, you have to call them and ask them about further process. then they will check your scores and email. Their is no point of saving or keeping candidates resume because they will ask you to send your resume 2 or 3 times, same goes with the basic recruitment information of candidate they will not make any note of that and will ask same detail in every call. after 2 or 3 rounds they will inform that the budget they have is less than the candidates expectations, so it is upto candidates will whether they want to continue with the further process or not. Its complete waste of time

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

      - Irrelevant questions About Family/Siblings background? - Salary expectation (For which they really don't care) - Work Experience - Communications Skills
