Basic, the interviewer is basically screening for the company. I received several calls but no hits. I did however appreciate being contacted for several positions. Some recruiters are similar so sales people.

The interview was simple, short, very informative. On time. Very open to questions. The company has great opportunities for people. They are very sincere in getting people to work. She was professional in her interview process.

Interview
Had a face to face then a video interview that was recorded and sent off to the client so you answered question to a wall basically. Was awkward. After you did those 2 steps you were given the paper work for drug and alcohol testing
