Super easy interviews. There was one with the hiring manager and then one with HR. I was ghosted after the HR interview, even after I sent follow-up emails just for updates. The hiring manager mentioned that this job had been posted for months, so I wasn't surprised they ghosted me, too. Not sure they even know what they were looking for, as it's still posted.

Interview
I liked the fact that the initial phone interview was with a hiring manager instead of an HR recruiter. I was then invited for an in person interview which was a bit unusual given that we are in the middle of a pandemic with a new emerging variant. Nothing was accomplished that couldn't have been done via zoom. No one there took any temperatures or wore any masks. The role was a hybrid role and required you to be onsite 3 days and remote 2 days, which was a clear sign the company has pre-pandemic values. After all of this the company ghosted me and reposted the job. The ghost move was the one value they had that was from the 21st century. I see now that the less than stellar reviews that have been left are indeed accurate.
