Interview
The company recruiter and regional manager visited our college campus. They came in to do an informational session about PCG and then interviewed students. Interview was approximately an hour long with both recruiter and regional manager. Very low pressure and they made me feel comfortable during the interview. They provided a good amount of information about the company. Was invited to go to the next round of interviews in Arizona but declined.
PCI does a great job vetting candidates with their interview process, the company is very appealing for anyone looking for a community in the office. Focused on profits and forecasting as much as any other construction management company.
Boardroom meeting with 6 different team members ranging from senior management in a round table setting. The meeting was scheduled at thier main office. Greated by the front desk and escorted back to the board room. Very timely.

Interview
Started from as on-campus review to second interview including group presentation and round robin style interview with hiring managers. Overall it's a 2-day process in Phoenix and everything (air fare, hotel, etc) was paid for.
